Our commitment
PsycleBack is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to our website and mobile apps.
Conformance status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities. We are actively working toward full conformance and regularly audit our site to find and fix barriers.
Measures we take
- Automated accessibility testing (axe-core) integrated into our development workflow.
- Manual keyboard-navigation and screen-reader checks on our core buy and sell flows.
- Color-contrast, form-label, and alternative-text reviews on new features.
- Accessibility considered as part of our definition of done for user-facing work.
Known limitations
Despite our best efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. We are aware that accessibility is an ongoing effort and are prioritizing fixes. If you encounter a barrier, please let us know so we can address it.
